Nora's favorite consonant sound is still "d" so we're always encouraging her to say "m" as well. She does break it out every once in a while, but not often. Except yesterday I was taking her upstairs to change her diaper and I asked her who had poopy pants. She responded with "ma ma ma." Cheeky little girl.
Anyway. We're nearing the one year mark and this weekend we're beginning to implement an extremely gradual decrease in what she eats at bedtime, with the ultimate goal of not eating at bedtime at all eventually. It's not that she needs it for sustenance. She is definitely getting plenty throughout the day. But at this point, it's such a big part of our bedtime ritual that I'm not entirely sure how this is going to work. Kristina, and any other moms who have done this already, how the heck do I do this?
