so my poor neighbors just got rear ended today on top of the house getting hit. it must have been fairly bad because john just took the father to drop off the minivan and then to run out and get new car seats for the kids.

So are they having a streak of bad luck... or good? Two accidents and no one injured?? - Sounds like some guardian angels working overtime. There isn't anyone out to get them, is there??
