so for any random strangers that are probably not reading this, let me state this fact: i am short.
finding pants that don't drag on the ground is a major challenge. sleeves can also be an issue for me.
so here's what i don't understand. why can't i find pajamas that are long enough? and it's not just because i prefer to sleep in cotton because they don't shrink THAT much. but the bottoms are never quite long enough, nor are the sleeves. and my major pet peeve is the shortness of the top so that my stomach and back have a small slit that always gets cold. what the hell? i've tried going a size larger, but then the pants just fall off because the waist is too big.
makes me glad i'm not taller. it must really suck for everyone else.
i've found one semi-solution. i have a one piece. no, there aren't any attached feet. and there's no butt flap either - it's not a union suit. it's actually from victoria's secret, although in the picture in the catalog, she's got all the buttons undone, but whatever. it's still terribly unsexy. and unfortunately, the whole thing has to come off for the inevitable mid-night bathroom run and then i'm freezing.
p.j. industry, you need to get on this right away!

Date: 2005-12-07 02:29 am (UTC)From:anyway, my license says 5'2", but it's a slight exaggeration. i've done the separates. it seems to be the only way i can find shirts long enough, but i have a weakness for cute sets. i think i'll probably have to go back to separates, though.
yeah, Old Navy went through a change and then have changed again. i can't keep up with what size i am in what store. women's sizes are really irritating.
