what is it with the way fate works?
i go to an interview and instantly click with my would-be supervisor. i even think we initially clicked on the phone when she first called me to make the appointment. when i get there, she tells me that she loved my cover letter (no one ever tells you that kind of information). as we're chatting and i'm learning more about her supervisory style, i realize that she is my dream supervisor.
however, as we're chatting more about the job, i realize this job is not a good fit for me. fuck!
why, why, why can't the good jobs have good supervisors? and why aren't those good jobs as easy to land as, say, the ones i get offered that aren't really a fit for me? they're not bad jobs, just not right for me.
