cool. so i'm listening to my favorite Toronto radio station and the theme for the all request nooner today is misheard song lyrics. so i e-mail josie about my karaoke experience singing "Just Like Heaven" by the Cure and how horribly wrong i was about the lyrics.
she just used my request for the retro recall game they always play during the nooner and read part of my e-mail. i feel so cool now. i mean, it was never a big deal for me to get requests in on, like, the geneseo campus station. but this is a rather large radio station in a rather large metropolis in a completely different country. so the fact that the song went out by request for Mandy in Buffalo made me feel special. yay me.
