List five songs that you are currently digging ... it doesn't matter what genre they are from, whether they have words or if they're any good. they just have to be songs you're really enjoying right now. Post these instructions, the artist and the song in your blog along with your five songs. Then tag five other people to see what they're listening to.
sadly, i don't have five people with blogs to tag. most people that i know read this do not have journals of their own. of the two that do, one already tagged me. so i'm tagging
wigglett and anyone else can feel free to comment here if they'd like, anonymously or otherwise.
1. Jesusland by Ben Folds
2. River of Deceit by Mad Season
3. Blue Orchid by the White Stripes
4. the theme from Wonder Woman
5. Right Where it Belongs by Nine Inch Nails

Date: 2005-06-10 03:14 am (UTC)From: (Anonymous)Oh, and I sort of have a journal...if you can call my boring little updates about my children a journal. Oh, and do you knit? I had a dream that you do. I think that you even designed your own really cool patterns. You were quite good.

i'm definitely not a knitter. i used to finger crochet collars for my pound puppies, but i can't even remember how to do that anymore. i'm just not that creative.
kristina, i love you. :)

Date: 2005-06-13 05:56 pm (UTC)From:Sadly, most of my musical purchases as of late have been because of movies or lame TV commercials where I go "hey, what IS that song? I want it!" Hence, the Flaming Lips tune, and two songs from Garden State, not to mention Foo Fighters is thanks to watching the VH1 countdown on weekends while trying to get ready to do something productive. Which all ties into needing to hear the new Coldplay album because I think the song from the O.C.'s season finale is on it and I want it. Shut up. The song from the last season finale still gets play on my computer and I am not ashamed.

also, if you don't have VH1 Mega Hits, you should find out how to get it, because it plays all alternative all the time. i just leave it on all day while i'm working out or doing stuff. they did 45 minutes straight of radiohead this morning.
