it's good to line someone up though I once hooked my friend James up with a position at the city under Roella and they hated each other because she'd constantly say "well, that isn't how Nicholas would do it"

yeah, i don't think i'd have a friend take over for me because that would probably be weird. the kids are already saying the next person won't get their respect, but they've said that before and it always works out once they get to know them.
