so i admit that i'm a Howard Stern fan. but that's not the point here.
the Buffalo radio station that carries Howard has been through many formats. classic rock, classic rock mixed with modern rock, and most recently an all talk station geared towards men. that latter one didn't last for too long there. so now they have this new format that just has me utterly confused.
they call themselves Jack FM and their whole thing is that they play what they want to. the montage i heard the other day started with "Bohemian Rhapsody," went to "How Does It Feel" by Orgy, to "If This Is It" by Huey Lewis and the News, and then ended with "Hey Ya." i have no idea what this radio station is and i don't think the program directors do either.
isn't the point of your format to get people to listen all day without turning the station?
