and let me just state that this was the incident that began what is now turning into one really crappy day.

the kids aren't even here yet. i think i should just go home now.

i talked to a couple different people at MCI, that last one being someone able to calm me down generally. turns out the problem was going on in the whole area and was being worked on. so i hooked up my answering machine while it's being fixed.

i'm still really miffed about the whole thing and this entire day has been a disaster overall.
