I've unlocked a bunch of adoption related entries. Like job interviews, I'm beginning to think that talking too much about profiling opportunities jinxes them. Yes, I know that's irrational, but I am superstitious by nature. So as profiling opportunities come up, I'll keep those entries locked until after we know what's happening with them. Not that I think lots of people are reading my stuff, but it helps me have control over SOMEthing in this process, I guess.
I'm happy we have been profiled so much, but it was a lot of profiling in a short amount of time and I know that's not the norm. It was a bit of a roller coaster ride there, but now it's somewhat like coming down off a major rush. I don't expect us to continue with that level of action. But hopefully we'll still get some hits here and there. Because of course, more profiling opportunities means more chances that our baby will find us.
