We're being profiled again.  Birth mom is having a scheduled c-section on Friday.  Yes, this Friday.  They live in Georgia.  We had said we wouldn't travel that far, but there's no risks at all involved and we just couldn't say no.  We'll make it happen somehow if we get picked.  And I presume we won't have to wait as long this time to hear back...

Oh, we'd be going there. And we can't leave the state with the babe until the courts say we can.

You know, when I said you could crash here if you make the trip, I forgot to tell you the one rule. You are bringing Nora, right? I mean, you better not be leaving her with mom because I'm overdue to hug her/scare the pants off her.

Absolutely. She'd be much more traumatized by being away from us for that long than by visiting you guys. And if it was just me and John, we'd probably just drive straight through anyway. The 12 hours to get there will be tricky enough with Nora, but I'd like to try to do it so that we'd get to Georgia quicker the second day.

But we still haven't heard anything yet one way or the other so who knows what we're doing. If we don't need to head to Georgia, I guess we go back to our regularly scheduled plans of having a garage sale this weekend.
