We appear to be transitioning from two naps a day into one nap a day.  I knew she was getting to be that age.  She already does that at daycare and it was just a matter of time before she did it at home, too.  I suspect there will be days that she's overtired that she might still get in two, but she actually sleeps the same amount anyway.  If she does two, they're each an hour and a half and if she does one it's three hours, so same difference, I guess.  Just a longer stretch in between.

Oh, I know, I hate to think about it. But then she'll be older then so it might make it not so bad. I just hope she's not one of those kids that quits naps early. The three-year-old next door is apparently already weeding them out and the mom is a little overwhelmed at the prospect. They bought a small bounce house that she can use inside in the winter to unleash some excess energy because she's got plenty.

THREE hours of naps?!! Oh the luxery!! I'm lucky if I get two full hours out of Marshall...and really lucky if I got 10 full hours of sleep out of him the night before!! I feel like if we have another there's NO WAY it could be a WORSE sleeper than Marshall...Worst case scenerio...it will be just as bad! Strangely enough the more energy he expends, the worse he sleeps, BUT if he doesn't expend enough energy he refuses to GO to sleep!! UUGGGHH I wish I knew the answer.

I know I've been blessed. It kind of makes up for the horrible sleeping those first few months, I guess.
