My mom watched Nora today while we went to see the Incredible Hulk.  We then ran a couple of minor errands that wound up taking forever.  Why?  Because plain t-shirts in toddler size do not exist.

We had initially looked at Target the other day to see if they had plain packs of t-shirts, in order to try a do-over of the Wonder Woman iron-on fiasco.  The smallest size they came in, though, was 4.  I was thinking I'd like to get a size 3 so she can wear it soon, but also for a while.  I recalled seeing in a Michael's ad that they had plain t-shirts of various colors and sizes.  We went where we thought there was a Michael's, but it was really an A.C. Moore.  Whatever.  Same thing.  Only three colors, smallest size was a 6.  Tried JoAnn's.  With the exception of some onesies that ended at 18 months, the smallest size was a 6, and not many colors.  We finally figured out where that Michael's was and while they did indeed have a vast array of colors, the smallest size was, you guessed it, a 6.  I guess I'll get the 4s from Target.  Sigh.

But this does beg one added question.  What do I do for undershirts for Nora once she's out of her 24 month onesies and she is not yet into size 4s?  Because 3s clearly do not exist.

you could try a plain white t-shirt from Old Navy. Grace had at least one each year. I'd send you a size 3, but I'm SURE it's got a spot or two on it.

WalMart. Little Boys Shirts. Honestly, because who can tell by looking at a Tee Shirt what sex it belongs on? They might not come in packs, but I know they have them. Cos we'd get the for the nephews.
