So I guess they're going to make an A-Team movie and there's talk of Bruce Willis being cast as Hannibal.  I can get behind that.  But my questions is who will they get to play B.A.?  I mean, Mr. T was essentially playing Mr. T in that role and I can't imagine anyone else being Mr. T other than Mr. T.  Know what I mean?

That's what I'm hoping they'll do with it. Anything else would just be ridiculous.

I think they should just throw out the racial and sexual profile of the team and start over.

I don't think Iron Man suffered for being moved from Vietnam to Afghanistan, and unless the movie's supposed to be about 60 year old war vets trying to outsmart youngsters then I'd like to see them cast someone younger.

Sorry, I can't get behind that. A-Team is still too fresh in the Gen X minds to go screwing with the make-up of the team.

Too fresh? I don't think so. Dirk Benedict, Faceman in A-Team, was Starbuck in Battlestar Galactica. In the modern remake, his character got recast for Kate Sackhoff, and no one really cared; it certainly didn't hurt the show at all.


I think the important part to maintain the mesh of personalities that enabled their teamwork. B.A. doesn't need to be Mr. T to do that; he doesn't even need to be a he.
