I was going to sleep in for Mother's Day.  Doesn't it figure that I wasn't able to sleep.

I actually think I had too much pressure to sleep, if that makes any sense at all. I had built up in my mind how wonderful it would be to just sleep all morning and then I somehow blew it.

I did wind up taking a nap later in the day, though.

But not because of the ones I live with, really. More because my mom always wants to do some activity or another every year. John pointed out that we were going to go home after brunch so we could celebrate Mother's Day for me.
