One interesting tidbit from Nora's doctor's appointment that I forgot to mention.

I asked the doctor what foods, at this point, we should be avoiding still.  She told us that as of January, the latest studies have shown that early exposure to certain foods does not actually lead to higher rates of allergies.  It's a link that has been suspected, but was never proven, and thus the precautions.  But now the proof seems to show otherwise.

I never really understood how early exposure to certain foods could increase your allergy to it, as opposed to how they encourage early exposure to pets to decrease your allergies to them.

Yay! I'm annoyed with the whole being-careful-what-foods-you-introduce routine and can't wait to dump it, especially since he's had absolutely no ill reaction to any food we've given him so far.

Though he does apparently have some AIRBORNE allergies, but that's another story.
