I need some cheese to go with my whine

 The day started at about 4:50 a.m. when I woke up and couldn't get back to sleep.  I did try for the next hour, but any time I would doze at all, either John would move and wake me or I'd hear Nora cough on the monitor.  I suppose I could have gotten up and done something useful, but I refuse to get up before my alarm goes off.  

So the alarm went off and I skipped my morning workout in order to hop directly in the shower and give myself a couple extra minutes to go vote.  

Then we debated on whether or not Nora was better this morning (she had a minor fever and some eye crusties yesterday).  We decided she was very much her normal self so we opted to get her ready for daycare and John went to work, after all, just a little later than normal.

Been a very slow morning at the internship, which sucks because I really prefer to be crazy busy than crazy bored.  Not helping that I'm tired.  My afternoon should be a smidge busier, but not by much.

Then I get to go directly to Buff State where I will probably sit in line in the parking lot waiting for people to leave for something like 25 minutes.  I tend to eat my dinner in the car.  Maybe today I should study for the quiz that I will hopefully get to class on time for if I'm lucky.  

After that class, which may potentially drain me if it's another full lecture this week, I get to go to my seminar.  That's if I haven't passed out on by then.  I'll have to get Christine to keep me awake.  Seminar is bad enough, but when I'm this tired and likely cranky, it's going to be pretty sucky.  

I'd rather be at Mardi Gras today, watching all the freaks.  Barring that, I'd rather just be able to be home to tuck Nora in at bedtime instead of being in class until 10.

Yeah, your day makes me tired just reading about it. Granted, I'm already tired from a bad night's sleep, too.

Mostly. The later class is my internship seminar and that only meets about every other week. This was not by my design. I had to make my internship schedule around the graduate assistant's schedule because of lack of office space, and it just so happens that Tuesday was the only full day available for me to go in.

Probably unlikely since I'll still be in school. Then we're going to begin thinking about a sibling for the squishy so I doubt I'll be able to go for several years at this rate, unfortunately.
