The bump on Nora's bottom gums is beginning to turn into a tooth.  Finally!!!  I don't know when you officially declare that she has a tooth, but it's just starting to push through now.

Yay! I've been counting it when it cuts, like-- when you can feel the sharpness of it. Which is probably what you've got there.

It is definitely cutting through so that it is visible and it is definitely sharp, so I hereby declare that NORA HAS A TOOTH!!!
