I love Sweeney Todd. Have since Mr. Borque showed it to us in 6th grade music class. I even went to see a production of it in college that I wasn't required to see for a class or anything. It's easily the best part of "Jersey Girl," and I do actually like that movie. A musical mixed with a horror story? I'm all over it. Then you throw in Tim Burton and Johnny Depp and I'm ready to swoon.
Of course I probably won't get to see it right away, but it's made easier by the fact that there is no way in the world that John will go see it with me (he doesn't like horror and a horror musical would just be too much for him) so I just have to find time before my semester starts to take myself to see it. Damn holidays making me having to put it off a couple weeks. Ooh, I can't wait!
