I had to take Nora to get her flu shot today without John's assistance. I do loathe needles. But we did fine. I held her hand and she did not even cry. She was awesome. I also weighed her while we were there and she was 18 lbs 4 oz. Or was it 18.4? Hmm, I'm not sure actually.
I took Kristina's idea and got some tiny hairbands to give Nora a wee little ponytail on the top of her head. I didn't think it was possible for her to be cuter, but somehow that did it.
She managed to pull herself up the other day from her knees. And I can tell she's trying to sit up on her own, but she's just not there yet.
I think there was other stuff about her I was going to report, but I haven't the foggiest idea at this point. I should be doing something more productive than playing on LJ anyway.

Anway. I gave shots to old people. They are SUCH good sports, especially the old men. I think it would be hard for me to do kids, knowing that they would most likely cry. :(
