7 months

Nora is 7 months today.  She weighed in this morning at 18 lbs and we measured her at about 28 inches.  She's hard to measure now because she wiggles too much.  In any case, this puts her at the 70th percentile for weight and 95th for length.

18 pounds? Grace wasn't even 18 pounds on her first birthday! Jacob was probably just barely. Length -- I don't remember, but they were always around the 50th for height until age 2ish. Now Jacob is 97th (at least) and I am curious to see what Grace will be next week. She has shot up a LOT. I guess mine are just slow starters!

Congrats to Nora for being a good grower. ;)

With her shooting up so much in height, I think her width is trying to keep up at least a little bit.

It would be no surprise for the two of you to have tall kids. Some just shoot up early and then stop and others take a little more time to get there. John apparently was just about his current height by junior high and then didn't grow so much after that, but I know other people who stayed short for a while and then shot up later.
