I forgot I had this ducky coat I got for Nora on my TJMaxx run with Julie back in April.  I put it on her for our walk the other day and it dawned on me that I could really just use that for Halloween.  That would actually be a lot easier for John.  So I think maybe we'll use the Red Baron outfit for the neighborhood Halloween parade the Saturday before and then just use the duck while she's stuck in the Bjorn as John hands out candy.
