Nora seems to be mostly past this virus she had.  She was well enough to get her shots on Thursday as scheduled.  The doctor said the cough will probably stick around for two weeks, and that it seems to be doing.

In other news, I keep forgetting to post that her toes have officially made it to her mouth and they seem to be there to stay for now.  It's really pretty funny.  She's also doing a decent job of sitting on her own.  It's not always for long periods of time, and if she's reaching for something, she has the potential to faceplant on the floor if we're not careful, but it's improving nicely.

Also, she had one of those baby milestones that many babies have, but you wish they didn't.  She rolled herself off the bed.  I was only two feet away picking out an outfit for her from her closet and was keeping an eye on her, and she just rolled right off before I could get there to catch her.  It's a low bed in her room and she actually landed on her butt initially.  She looked a little confused and startled, and then got upset for about two seconds, but was easily consoled as soon as I picked her up.  So that's it.  She can hang out on the floor or in the crib when I need to put her down from now on.

Sam's rolled himself off the couch, er, twice... it's so fast!

He just got his toes into his mouth for the first time this weekend too.

I'm uploading pictures right now, and I have a whole bunch that were taken just AFTER he took his toes out of his mouth to stare at the camera, but I did get one in which he was sufficiently absorbed enough not to get distracted...
