sigh... I remember when mine used to like butternut squash. Now, I'm stuck eating it all alone. Thankfully, I love it enough that I can pop an ENTIRE squash in the microwave and it all myself.
I'm sure that's how she'll be eventually. I told John that when she gets older and is totally grossed out by it that we need to remind her of how much she loved it when she first had it.
Though John likes to cook himself some acorn squash on occasion so maybe if she continues to grow up with it, she won't mind it. I'm a horrible influence, though.
Yeah, my husband apparentlly loved all sorts of vegetables as a baby then decided he didn't like them anymore. I HOPE the baby has better tastes, because I'm looking forward to preparing lots more interesting things for two at least!
