Nora is about 10 1/2 pounds at this point and though the 0-3 month clothes are supposed to go to 11 or 12 pounds (depending on the brand), we discovered yesterday when it was cold out that her legs are just too long to fit into sleepers of that size. She still fits into most of the onesies and the short sets, but anything involving full pants are out of the question. I have soooooooooo many cute things in size 3-6 months so I'm itching to get her in them.
Also, her swing has been recalled, much to my annoyance because it's so damn cute. Fortunately, we had picked up a swing for $10 at a garage sale last week that we intended to keep at my mom's house so we're using it for the time being. She actually seems to like it better. It sits more upright and she can look around easier. We get a voucher from Fisher Price for Fisher Price products so maybe we'll use it for something else entirely and find another garage sale swing for Mom's. Or I want to find one in the store that has more positions for the seat, from more reclined (for any future newborns) to more upright.
