Ironically, now that we got the okay to let Nora go longer than three hours between feedings if she's sleeping, she eats like clockwork every three hours. Sometimes she goes a little longer, but not generally. Growth spurt, perhaps?
She's been a baby who really needs to be swaddled, but she seems to have started fighting the swaddling and I want her to get to know those hands a little better so she can self-soothe anyway so we're letting her loose! We've had mixed results. She pulled her hair again today and sometimes she pokes herself in the eye, but the control and awareness will happen eventually.
I hope it happens soon, though, because I'm quickly becoming a little too dependent on the pacifier. She's had a really tough time today, though, and I tried everything I could think of to calm her down before I went that route. Sigh.
