Well, today is Nora's due date and yet I feel like she's been here with us forever already, rather than just two and a half weeks. I think we're starting to be in the swing of things, though we still have some rather rough patches, but I know that's normal at this stage.
Still working out the bugs with this whole breastfeeding business. Spoke with one of the lactation consultants yesterday who said it would be okay to let her go four hours between meals instead of three if she's really sleeping since she fights me when I try to feed her after waking her up. Of course today she hasn't been sleeping like that. Figures. Tried her out with a bottle yesterday afternoon and not only did it go extremely well, it also did not interfere with her latching with me at all. When she wants it, she'll take it whatever way she can get it.
