I kept the stumps from both of my kids! They are in little bags, so I don't know if they smell, and I don't intend to check. My husband things it's gross and that I am weird, but I don't care. :)

John did ask me if I wanted it before he tossed it, but I'm not that sentimental at all. I didn't even want to see the placenta. I'm not down with the bodily refuse, I guess. Diapers are enough.
