i was so pumped because that asshole Ty was in the bottom three on Rock Star:INXS.
here's how it works. the bottom three are asked to sing an INXS song and the remaining members of INXS then decide who gets booted. Ty performed "Kick" and i thought he did a real shit job of it. but for some reason, they love this guy and extolled his supposed virtues and told him he was safe. grrrr. i will continue this mission. i don't like J.D. either, but Ty fills me with utter loathing. rock star, my ass.

i have no idea, incidentally, if i'll actually be able to post this. we had some cable repairs about two months or so ago and they left the wire unburied. they finally came today to bury it. in the process, the guy cut the wire to the invisible fence so that needed to be repaired (although beeze is now trained well enough to not know the difference). but i have since had the most horrific time getting the internet connection to stay connected. and since my phone now runs through broadband, it's a total pain in the ass all around. fortunately, i have it set up that if something is wrong with the phone, it directly forwards to my cell.
and yes, i turned off the modem for well over a minute with both computers off to reboot the system. did that a few times. and checked the ISP setup. blah, blah, blah. that all seems to make it work briefly. so hopefully when i'm done typing this, it will actually let me post it. grrr.
