okay. so i totally got the impression from the CATS lady that this job there was in the bag as soon as i sent her becky's letter. so i sent it last monday and then never heard anything. i dropped her another e-mail late friday just checking to make sure she got the attachment. so i got an e-mail back from her today saying yes, she got it and she's still reviewing everything, with the expectation that she'll be able to let applicants know by the end of this week. oh. all right. so that could solve that dilemma real easily. perhaps i'll get neither. wouldn't that be fun. at least then i'd be able to go on vacation to montana with john.
