I just realized I forgot to post about this and it's kind of MAJOR.  

We're being profiled by a birth mom in Indiana who is due in September.   We got the call around 4:30 last Wednesday and they essentially gave us a half hour to make a decision on if we wanted to be profiled since they wanted to overnight them.  There really weren't any major red flags so we said yes.  

And we're still waiting over a week later.  Now, this is a major, life-altering decision that I certainly wouldn't expect anyone to go into lightly.  I've been taking the whole thing with a fairly zen attitude, but now I'm starting to feel some anxiety.  Because I know the phone should be ringing any minute now.  And it might not be good news, but that's okay.  I just want to hear SOMEthing.  

Oh, and by the way, friends, I haven't shared this info with very many people, including my family (Julie excepted should she be reading this) because I don't particularly want to answer questions all the time until I have a definitive answer.  So keep it on the down low if you are one of the folks on here who knows my relations.

See, I'm safe to read this because I don't understand the process enough to ask questions and I won't tell anyone because I'll have forgotten this within 10 minutes. :)

You, I don't mind, which is why I have no problem sharing it with you. It's Mom that makes me crazy. And I haven't really gotten into details with Mike because he's actually not very good at not telling her things that he's not supposed to when he gets mad at her, and one of my friends on here works with him. Thus, the warning.
