I love ibuprofen in any form, but I can't take it right now. I also can't take Sudafed, which is really what do the trick on this sinus anguish I'm in. And ironically, it's the pregnancy that's actually exacerbating and perhaps even creating the sinus issues. That was one I hadn't heard of until I got pregnant and starting doing some reading.
